Dicked around with my 441 today after moto's up the mountain.... i threw some " street" forks on that i just rebuilt, and laced up a bitchin wheel.... made a "street tracker" sorta thing. its a sliding monster now!
Ive had all the fun on it as a Moto bike... thats why i might just put struts for now, i can always put it back and beat on it.....they were street bikes originally... the direction its going is kind of flat trackerish... if that makes any sense..
Hahaha It would never have the word bobber anywere near it no worries!, I have a few 70's articles on some show bikes that are 441 victors, and there fuckin bad!
btw TPL you need to buy my 87 Fleetwood. its just like D Smokers just beige..... just sayin...
It should stay a dirt bike. To hardtail / chopperize it would be a waste.

ReplyDeleteDo it! Its not like you have a shortage of vintage dirt bikes.... I might have to get one from you too...
ReplyDeleteI know i have Vintage moto bikes pouring outta the shop, and they dont get ridden once there restored.....
ReplyDeleteFlat trackerish, YES! Hardtail "chobber", NO! You could always just "blow the living shit out of it" TPL style, just sayin'...
